Here's how to reserve your places at the Ball in 2024. Deadline for purchase is 22 October. Ticket purchase will not be available at the door.
(Note, if you would like to donate to our 501(C)(10) charitable organization without attending, you can "buy a table" for 10 using the second form below and we'll place on display a placard with your or your organizations name and send a receipt you can use for tax purposes)

PLEASE NOTE: The form will not submit from FireFox. If you run into problems, just email me your name, the names of any who will be accompanying you. If you're not using Venmo or Zell for your payment then mail that information with your check to the address below. Be sure to include your email address if you are mailing. 
PLEASE NOTE: WE MUST HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND THE NAMES OF ANY WHO WILL BE COMING WITH YOU. ZELLE AND VENMO DO NOT PROVIDE CONTACT INFO, SO YOU MUST COVER THAT.

    TICKETING PROCESS
    The fee is $90 per attendee. Please complete and submit this form and pay using one of three ways:

    - Zelle the appropriate amount to 15402306282. That is our paymaster's account (Stirling Rasmussen).

    You will receive a verification email once the payment is received.
    PLEASE NOTE: This event is at Falcon's Landing, a gated community. Therefore we need the names of any who will be attending with you so you can pass through the guarded gate house into the facility's parking.  

    Donated table purchase
    The table donation amount is $900 Please complete and submit this form and pay using one of three ways:
